Replay one person's journeys Fiction
The same simulated person lived twice with the same luck: once as things are, once with a card switched on.
How to read this
Each chart is one of their projects: some reach a decision, many are dropped. Where the two lines part, the two lives went differently, at first because of the card and later also by chance.
These people come from their own separate small run, not from the run on the Scenarios or Map page.
Running both lives for 120 people. It takes a few seconds.
Counts for this one made-up person in one replay, of the projects with a recorded moment in these 150 days. Both lives start the same, with the same luck; where they part it starts with the card and later also chance. The gap between the two counts is not an estimate of the card's effect: the range across many worlds is on the Scenarios page.
One lane per project. The upper bar is the life without the card and the lower bar the life with it, each from the project's first known day in these 150 days (its first recorded moment, or the start of the replay if it was already under way) to its last recorded day. Only the projects that end on a different day or with a different outcome in the two lives are shown at first, shaded; a project that differs only along the way appears when you show all, and in the charts below. Select a lane to go to its chart.

Names and life sketches are written by a language model. What happens to each person comes from the engine. One person is an anecdote: it shows how a card acts, not how often. Once the two lives first differ they also drift apart by chance, so a later difference is not always the card's doing. A project that exists in only one life is drawn on its own.
